Our signature house breakfast platter served on a medium pizza tray! Sautéed peppers and onions, thick cut apple wood smoked bacon, diced country sausage, and five scrambled eggs on top of a bed of roasted red potatoes. Smothered with our house made sausage and bacon country gravy and served with an open faced biscuit.
